My goal in my law practice is to do the best to provide my clients with highly personalized service. I will do all that is required to make you a happy satisfied client so that not only will you return over and over again but that you will recommend me to your friends and neighbors. I offer a thirty minute telephonic conference at no charge to all prospective clients. After discussing your issues, I will make recommendations and develop a strategy that will meet your needs. My rates are highly competitive and my goal is to return all telephone calls within twenty-four hours.
I am licensed to practice law in Florida and the District of Columbia. After practicing law for many years in Washington, D.C., California and Washington State, I passed the Florida Bar in 2005 and established a general practice on the West coast of Florida focusing on real estate, estate planning, probate, and general business issues. I am also a mediator certified by the Florida Supreme Court.
Prior to moving to Florida, I gained knowledge of all business matters by serving as Chief Counsel and Associate General Counsel of major utility companies. I was the first woman partner elected to the management committee of a 350 person law firm in San Francisco. I started my legal career in Washington, D. C. where I was an attorney in the Executive Office of the President and the Associate Administrator of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration of the Department of Commerce.
